You are the strategic lead for our full-funnel media efforts, building out this capability, managing all media channels and will be responsible for optimizing the effectiveness, building brand awareness and driving the omni commercial success for the business
Lead the organization to evolve and manage our upper funnel media planning and buying approach, including building out the measurement frameworks that tie it back to our key business KPIs
Own the full-funnel measurement framework for media investments, leveraging external partners on incrementality testing, MMM and creating a measurement language for informed decision making
Responsible for seasonal planning with our E-Commerce team to ensure our strategies and tactics align with our business objectives
Oversee all new customer efforts at Rothy’s including digital channels, Facebook, Pinterest, Google, Snap, Affiliates, Display and offline channels like TV/OTT and Podcast
Responsible for managing budgeting and sales forecasting models that tie back to the P&amp;L, and are updated monthly based on trends and business developments
Build the digital-acquisition roadmap including creative development, audience testing, budget management and landing-page strategy
Be the key market-knowledge internal resource, able to explain trends, competitive landscape, strategic positioning to ensure we are correctly informed to go to market
Accurately forecast spend, order volume and new customers across efforts, accounting for seasonality, an increasingly diversified product mix and channel overlap
Drive CAC/LTV analysis + optimization across marketing efforts and develop insights that can be exploited for greater gains
Identify and validate new channels and tools for enhanced effectiveness of marketing
Build processes to uncover pockets of efficiency via elements like audience testing, DMA experimentation and systematic incrementality testing across channels
Partner with the creative leads and ensure they are informed with performance and industry trends to develop a creative strategy that will resonate in the market
Work cross-functionally with the Design, Site and Retention teams to tie together user journey mapping and storytelling across all customer touchpoints
Drive, develop and implement analysis and action plan around other growth team analytical priorities: cross device measurement, category build out, international expansion, etc.

Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with US GAAP, including newly issued accounting pronouncements
Prepare detailed footnote support files and disclosure checklists
Develop process for appropriate data gathering and analysis of financial data relative to the preparation of financial statements
Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit requests as applicable
Prepare of quarterly bank covenant compliance reporting package
Perform technical accounting research and analysis to ensure proper application of GAAP to unusual, complex, or new transactions
Drive identification and testing of internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
Maintain documentation of current processes and procedures
Prepare monthly consolidation of subsidiary entities
Analyze subsidiary financial statements, including variances from budget, prior year periods, and trends
Prepare and review equity activity to support the financial close process
Assist in other duties and special projects as required

Act as Manager on Duty when ASM and SM are not present
Learn all operational procedures and assist with all customer-related inquiries on the floor
Oversee opening and closing procedures for the store&nbsp;
Effectively communicate Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to our customers
Support store leadership in communicating important updates to retail associates&nbsp;
Assist in keeping the entry area, display area, and floor clean and tidy&nbsp;
Supervise vendors for cleaning, in-store fixtures, or updates occurring at the store
Share expert brand and product knowledge to allow customers to personally experience our style, look, and quality of our shoes
Serve as a point person for all store associate questions and relay outstanding questions or issues to store leadership (Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager)

Build out dashboards to monitor site success and work cross-functionally to share these metrics across the organization
Work closely with product management, growth, and brand marketing teams to establish baselines, analyze performance, and understand the customer journey for Rothy’s digital properties
Analyze and inform our site strategy - from structuring and informing the best way to gauge site performance to uncovering insights on potential opportunities to improve KPIs, including conversion
Partner with product management, growth and finance teams in defining, analyzing, and validating KPIs and success definitions for all site initiatives
Identify visitor and funnel trends, abandonment issues and other opportunities for improving site conversion rates&nbsp;
Deliver deep analysis and insights on site experience, features, user behavior trends, as well as measure the impact of site updates and feature releases
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase site conversion and drive site improvements
Identify the “why”, create a story around what is happening on the website, and present learnings and recommendations to cross-functional team members and leadership
Form recommendations based on analysis and present findings to the product management and leadership teams on product roadmap prioritization
Continuously evolve reporting to provide deeper, more actionable insights
Partner closely with marketing engineer to deeply understand and leverage all site events, tagging, and existing data on site journey and any new updates

Provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy’s customer
Own all day-to-day customer interactions—in our physical store and across all touch points of the brand—in person, over the phone and online
Support Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational duties
Develop and maintain expert-level understanding of our products and processes including our tools and systems
Elevate customer feedback and identify and escalate opportunities for improvement
Create loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and our community&nbsp;

Be the customer advocate, analyze market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity
Lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch, and post launch optimization
Own the product vision and work with our analysts to create meaningful problem statements
Maintain and manage a product roadmap, rooted in your customer, competition and industry knowledge
Take part in triaging and addressing bugs and urgent needs
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Data teams
Identify new areas for growth through quantitative search and UX studies
Serve as the face of the product within the company, and act as the point person to your stakeholders
Determine your product’s metrics for success
Influence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and prioritization

Evaluate and document the existing integrations between enterprise systems
Maintain and evolve those tools and bring best practice solutions where change is needed
Partner with application owners to help them improve their integrations, and take ownership of those integrations when necessary
Work with cross-functional project teams on new initiatives to ensure the team understands the potential integration options and is using best practices for new integrations
Work closely with data owners, application owners, and business leaders to anticipate strategic value of information across the organization
Develop alerts and scorecards to monitor and evaluate the integrations across the enterprise
Mature the integration lifecycle across development, testing, and production environments
