Attentive’s hiring process consists of 3-6 different rounds of interviews with their team members depending on the role you're applying for. The 3-6 rounds of interviews include:

For Sales / Business Development roles:

  1. Tell me about a challenging deal that you’ve closed in the past
  2. Why sales and why Attentive?
  3. What is your greatest life accomplishment
  4. Sell me a vacation or a book
  5. Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a superior
  6. Tell me about a time you went above and beyond

For Engineering roles:

  1. How much experience do you have with kubernetes? How long have you been in an engineering role for?
  2. Diagram a simple service t hat does X and we’ll add more constraints as we move on
  3. Design a system that could scale up to billions of out-bound transactions without overwhelming a 3rd party API

How Long Does It Take To Hear Back From Attentive After The First Interview

Attentive has been consistent with following up each interview by planning the next interview, usually done within a week's time depending on the calendar availability. You can expect a second interview in 1 to 2 weeks if you pass the first interview.
