    Develop product launch calendar and strategies in collaboration with merchandising, content and product teams. Define positioning, messaging and unique selling points (USPs) for new and key products. Align launch pans with seasonal campaigns and promotional candidates.
    Requirements
    Plan and execute campaigns for various customer segments, partnering with PM and CRM, to drive awareness and conversion. Coordinate with content ops to ensure marketing assets and product content are aligned and ready. Work with merchandising to ensure promoted products are in stock and competitively priced. Messaging and Creative Direction Develop product marketing briefs for creative teams with key benefits, features and brand tone. Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels, from PDP’s to ads to emails. Drive on-site storytelling that supports campaign themes and sells products. Customer Insights and Segmentation Conduct market and customer research to identify target segments and shopping behaviors. Define audience personas and tailor campaigns to specific customer needs.
