Build product assortments on time and with consistent quality.  Work closely with creative and marketing teams to configure and publish engaging content across a variety of high trafficked pages to align with key seasonal business priorities. Re-merchandise pages based on performance data, customer behavior insights, and market trends. Create and present reports highlighting findings and recommending actionable improvements that improve Conversion and Product Sell Through Execute site strategy for key promotional periods.  Improve cross-functional processes and relationships that lead to improved team efficiency.

What you’ll bring: 1-2+ years of experience in eCommerce digital merchandising; preferably within the footwear or apparel categories. The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $60,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need. The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits.
