Support monthly preparation and analysis of rolling revenue reforecast at the category and product level Collaborate on reporting and analysis to drive the business and forecast, while ensuring achievement of business plans and goals Partner with cross functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to analyze the business, to identify opportunities/issues, and to provide recommendations on next steps  Assist in the management of monthly OTB to highlight revenue risks and opportunities Support preparation and execution of quarterly hindsight reporting by season including final product selling, classification selling, sku counts, and price bands Partner with Manager on weekly/monthly business reporting as well as providing recommendations on assortment, store/location analysis, and product strategy 

Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years DTC planning experience (with a global brand is a plus) Ability to balance analytics with product and market trends Advanced skills in retail math; sales, gross margin, return on investment (ROI), weeks of supply (WOS), turn, etc. and how to impact them Advanced Excel skills  Ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams Manages multiple projects while prioritizing and meeting deadlines This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our NYC office The syrup on your waffles… Targeted Annual Base Salary Range for NYC: $75,000-85,000 USD Casper’s compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.  We recognize that annual base salary is just one part of a total rewards package.
