Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or a certification in HR is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and I-9 verifications
Adept at multitasking with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communication prowess
Ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
Act with integrity at all times and gain trust
Maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity
Ability to maintain confidential information
Demonstrated proficiencies in HR Software and Google Suite
Experience with ADP Workforce and Greenhouse preferred
Experience with employee relations, training, and development
Experience in Warehouse Environment
POSITION TYPE:This is a full-time exempt position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:This is a hybrid in-office position, working out of our Warehouse in Grove City, Ohio 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
SALARY:$70,000-$75,000 + Bonus
