Bachelor's Degree Required 3+ years of experience in relevant role managing partnerships and influencers hands on Experienced in identifying and fostering relationships with brand-aligned partners and  influencers  Expert knowledge of social media platforms and how influencer content is executed - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok Ideal but not required experience in experiential or event marketing A pulse on culture consumer trends Strong project management skills that demonstrate the ability to lead multiple partner activations with competing priorities and deadlines Basic data analysis and performance reporting Basic negotiation and dealmaking Exceptional interpersonal, communication, cross-collaboration, and team skills Ability to solve problems proactively  both independently and as part of a team Experience in using consumer insights and data to drive decision-making Action oriented and results focused  You embrace being a disruptor and are excited to challenge conventional  marketing norms, creating campaigns and partnerships that prioritize the community over trends POSITION TYPE:This is a full-time exempt position.WORK ENVIRONMENT:This position is in-office, working out of our HQ in Durham, North Carolina 4x a week.
