Retailer Partnership Support
Support the Director in building and executing category plans for key retail accounts, focusing on assortment optimization, shelf placement, and merchandising.
Collaborate with Sales to develop customized category presentations and recommendations for retail partners.
Conduct regular category reviews with retail partners to share insights, review performance, and explore growth opportunities.
Key contributor to the development of customer-specific presentation materials supporting brand and category development
Integrate insights into compelling selling stories with actionable recommendations, presenting directly to retailers.
Build relationships with key retailers and influence category strategy at shelf to support achievement of Dr. Squatch goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Partner with the analytics team to assess the effectiveness of category initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure category management strategies are integrated into broader company initiatives.
Partner with the Innovation team, Marketing, and Sales to identify opportunities on new products to bring to market using data insight
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis utilizing various data platforms (Nielsen, Spins, IRI, etc.) to support sales and cross-functional teams
Manage timelines and deliverables for category-related projects, ensuring alignment with retailer and business priorities.
