Requirements
Help redefine the content strategy for digital creative across performance marketing ads and (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
Provide strategic guidance on creative direction, leveraging channel and placement expertise
Partner with the performance marketing team to:
Execute A/B tests for performance creatives across various ad platforms to determine winning creative
Analyze and offer detailed commentary on the performance of creatives, highlighting successful elements and emerging competitor trends
Participate actively in creative brainstorms and broader brand creative meetings
Develop insights and analysis of creative performance across platforms, and use insights to inform future creative decisions
Communicate cross-functionally and with upper management on creative projects and results
About you:
Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Art, or related field)
3+ years of experience in creative strategy and content for DTC products
Proven experience in content creation for digital marketing, particularly in paid advertising
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detai
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and understanding of video editing
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) for measuring ad performance
Adept at managing multiple projects and delivering projects on time
Brand affinity for Jukebox and ability to harness brand voice, look, and feel across creative assets
Self-starter
Excellent communicator
Interest in health & wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
You can accomplish your work without perfect resources, are innovative and work in a timely manner
You have high standards, take ownership and pride in your work, and are invested in the outcome
You proactively help others, stay positive, and have a sense of humor
