To handle and respond to all incoming leads and inquiries that G2 receives.
To support prospective customers and answer their queries related to G2, especially around joining G2, getting their business listed, and ensuring their profile is categorized properly.
Book meetings with our Account Executive teams for prospects who want to have a demo or go deeper into how they can subscribe to G2.
Follow up with existing inbound leads when we have not heard back from them.
Help vendors get added to G2 and help these vendors get access to manage their G2 profiles and optimize them so they perform better.
Run campaigns to vendors who are not managing their pages and encourage them to get access to their profiles, along with supporting them in utilizing G2’s free subscription.
Run targeted email campaigns to vendors who are managing their G2 profiles, encouraging them to learn more about G2 and meet with our Business Development team.
Report on all stats related to inbound leads, meeting conversions, and email campaigns.
Requirements
1-3 years of sales or related experience.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
A motivated and goal-oriented personality with a self-starting attitude.
Organized with good time management skills.
The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
