A strong written communicator who is comfortable crafting high-performing emails across various campaigns, personas, funnel stages, and use cases.
Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT; preference for candidates who have used 6Sense Conversational Email
Marketo certified or experienced, and capable of building 1:many nurture programs in Marketo
Analytical and passionate about tracking and optimizing email performance
The candidate should be based in Bengaluru and have the flexibility to work shifts extending up to 11:30 PM IST.
Requirements
You will use 6Sense Conversational Email, artificial intelligence, and Marketo to build, launch, manage, and optimize email campaigns that drive marketing-sourced pipeline and opportunities
6Sense CE leverages ChatGPT and AI to personalize emails at scale and carry on conversations with contacts until they indicate readiness to take a marketing qualified action, the AI requests human review of a conversation, or the contact is marked as “not interested”
Marketo 1:many nurture email programs are aligned to the G2 buyer lifecycle and convert non-paying G2 prospects into marketing qualified opportunities for sales
You will collaborate with the G2 Labs team on AI email communication initiatives including uses for Monty, G2’s proprietary AI mongoose who helps buyers and shoppers along their journeys and ultimately helps develop highly efficient pipeline and opportunities
The Email Marketing Manager will work within these platforms to manage ongoing campaigns as well as develop new ones
Day-to-Day Email Marketing and Audience Management (20%):
Develop and execute daily email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion
Manage the segmentation and targeting of audience groups across various regions and account lists to preserve the health of G2’s contact database
Collaborate with the demand generation and marketing operations teams to align email activities with broader campaigns and programs
Ensure email campaigns are compliant with industry best practices and regional data privacy regulations
Email Performance Tracking, Analysis, and Optimization (20%):
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for emails such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, and provide recommendations on optimizations and new use cases
Conduct A/B testing to refine email effectiveness and improve performance
Create and share email performance reporting to inform strategic decisions and broader campaign performance
