Own the Candidate Lifecycle: Identify, screen, and support PEAK candidates from initial resume review through offer acceptance and onboarding for G2’s Revenue / Sales teams.
Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality and diverse talent through creative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and talent communities.
Drive the interview process: Guide candidates seamlessly through the interview process, ensuring timely communication, managing complex internal calendars, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Close candidates: Lead closing efforts with successful candidates, presenting competitive offers, addressing final questions, and managing negotiations to ensure a smooth and positive acceptance experience.
Partner with Leaders: Work closely with leadership to develop short and long-term recruiting objectives and strategies. Provide regular hiring updates and reports to Senior Leadership using ATS data, industry/market trends, and your experience.
Requirements
Work closely with finance and global TA team to reconcile hiring & budget changes.
Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to advise on the interview process, job leveling, available talent, etc.
Regularly provide data and pipeline updates with hiring managers and C-level executives.
Additional Responsibilities
Support the planning, hiring, and execution of G2’s Summer Intern Program.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, training, and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Minimum 2 years of recruiting for SaaS Sales teams
Track record of recruiting top talent for Sales and Revenue teams at all levels
Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and finance teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity and support change management
Ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates, hiring teams, and business leaders
Experience managing candidates within Ashby or Greenhouse (ATS)
Experience hiring candidates based in Ireland and London preferred
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Linkedin Recruiter
