Requirements
Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (outbound) & Sales Development Representatives (inbound) tasked with prospecting to drive net new pipeline and qualifying inbound leads
Implement a career progression plan for BDRs to move into qualified SMB AEs after a defined period of time and attainment to goal
Recruit, hire and train new team members as well as develop and reward top performing Business Development Representatives
Manage a team of three outbound Business Development Representatives in EMEA
Manage weekly team-wide meetings and training sessions
Report on team metrics and forecasts
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience
1+ years of Management or Team Lead experience preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking, time management, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Enjoy helping others and are willing to listen and learn
Comfortable working with and coaching usage of sales technology such as Salesforce, Groove, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator
