Build out a current picture of shopping funnel and site journeys across customer segments and work with the Director of Ecommerce to develop strategies to improve journeys and core metrics
Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly data pulls to enable the team to analyze the business
Collaborate with our marketing, product, planning, and data teams to drive business performance, design and launch experiments, and provide feedback on launch performance (physical and digital products)
Collaboratively design, execute and analyze results of statistically-powered A/B tests with tools like Optimizely and FullStory.
New launch tracking, report back on key channel business analytics
CRM reporting for customer acquisition & retention
Requirements
Develop new metrics and custom reporting
Monitor site funnel metrics to discover traffic trends, click-through patterns, customer engagement, product performance, and purchasing patterns
Partnering with eComm team to drive overall testing roadmap
Design, develop, and maintain reporting dashboards to tie those funnel metrics to Glossier’s strategic business goals, so that key trends are recognized and acted upon quickly
Build KPIs to support the monthly forecast and break out into dailies (traffic, CVR, AOV)
Address ad-hoc requests according to SLAs
Document and share your work, and contribute to a culture of data rigor
Partner with finance to periodically review international pricing and shipping
Recommend and drive personalization strategies with digital team based on customer segments and needs of the business
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years Professional Experience in Retail or eCommerce Analytics/Business Intelligence
Familiar with various e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
Experience working with data visualization tools such as FullStory or Google Analytics
Proficient in reconciling and reporting on data from many sources, including Shopify, Fullstory, Optimizely
Experience with Looker, SQL & GA4 or similar tools to transform and visualize data
Strong verbal, written, & presentation skills, with ability to communicate advanced analytics to non-technical executives & cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to build internal relationships and influence cross-functional teams
Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas

The estimated annual pay range for this role is $90,000 - $114,000 annually
There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.
