Monitor market trends, industry advancements, and supply chain risks to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate potential challenges.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for sourcing-related activities.
Champion sustainable sourcing practices that align with Glossier’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement within the beauty or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Experience managing international supplier relationships.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and supplier landscapes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proven negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts and partnerships.
Experience driving cost savings initiatives and managing budgets.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and other supply chain management tools.
In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:
The estimated annual pay range for this role is $106,000-$138,000
There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.Full-time positions are also eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that include medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Paid Time Off, Short Term and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits.
