About The Role
As a Growth Marketing Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your experience hands-on in paid and performance marketing, working closely with the team and cross-functional partners on impactful day-to-day responsibilities. Responsibilities Include:
Working in ad platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok to launch ad campaigns, pull reporting, and share metrics.
Assistance on Growth/Influencer tracker to help secure content for ads from influencers, working closely with brand team
Communicating with affiliate agencies and publishers to share sale promotions, launches, and initiatives
Work closely with the e-commerce team to refresh and update paid ad landing pages to optimize CRO
Qualifications & Experience
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergrad (entering Junior or Senior year) in a related area of study or within 1-year post-graduation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with or experience with paid social or email marketing, social media or influencer marketing, or marketing analytics.
Experience with basic Excel functions (pivot tables for large data sets and creating pivot charts)
