You’ll be working across the business with internal and external stakeholder teams and be at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business. This role is genuinely important to our business performance – leading payroll system implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with HR and Financial Systems, and auditing regularly for compliance. The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.

Extensive experience in payroll management, with a focus on global payroll operations. Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems (experience with Sage Cloud preferred). Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
