You’ll be working across the business with internal stakeholder teams, as well as our retail colleagues and be at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business. This role is genuinely important in helping to support our business – providing HR advice, guidance and coaching, enabling management driven solutions that are aligned to business’ policies and procedures, with the support of the Retail People Manager. HR experience within an advisory or specialist role in a fast-paced retail business Extensive experience managing end to end ER casework  Able to work autonomously, in a risk-taking, fast paced environment   Agile to change and pragmatic  Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders   Knowledge and awareness of UK employment legislation, best practices and external trends Tech savvy and an awareness of current technologies Excellent judgement and analytical skills      CLOSING DATE: Wednesday 27th November 2024   BELONGING AT GYMSHARK.
