About Harrys
Define strategy, manage, and efficiently scale customer acquisition, primarily through Paid Social channels
Lead and perform campaign planning, execution and optimization to deliver sales and ROI targets
Set and manage monthly and yearly goals for profitable growth in new customer acquisition in the channels you lead
Track and report on performance, identifying key wins and learnings to advise future campaigns
Manage campaigns in platforms across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc, optimizing targeting, offers, creative, and landing page experiences
Lead creative development workstreams, defining ad creative strategy for your channels and working closely with the growth creative development team and agencies to deliver breakthrough ad content
Identify opportunities to expand into new digital channels
Work cross-functionally on projects across Harry’s and Flamingo portfolio of products
Track emerging social trends and identify new, innovative ways to evolve social strategy, grow the audience and drive new customers
Partner with the Creative Strategist & Growth Designer on a day to day basis to produce best in class creative based on detailed channel analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
3+ years of social ads experience, hands on, executing, and optimizing on ad campaigns based on data trends (bonus for in-house growth experience at a DTC company)
Intensely data-driven in your approach to solving problems, with a persistent desire to look for opportunities through data analysis, go multiple levels deep, understand, and take action.
Motivated by learning and mastering new things; constantly testing & learning to figure things out; willing to take calculated risks
Experience working with complex omni-channel attribution models

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $90,800-$124,850, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
