Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum 7 years of related data and analytics engineering experience modeling and developing data pipelines with hands-on proficiency in PySpark, Airflow DAGs and EMR.
Strong Python and SQL skills for processing large datasets, with experience in MPP/cloud databases (Snowflake / Redshift / BigQuery) and data modeling tools like dbt.
Explore emerging technologies in AI and data engineering, delivering innovative solutions and shaping strategic decisions within the organization.
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.
Familiarity with Data Modeling techniques and Data Warehousing standard methodologies and practices
Identify and define technical requirements for platform improvements that prioritize developer productivity, cost optimization, and evolving business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate technical scoping sessions, aligning data initiatives with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations to support roadmap priorities and overall company goals.

Here's Who You'll Work With
Reporting to the Director of Engineering and a member of the Engineering Team.
Work closely with the product owner and engineering team members across Platform, SRE, and Data team.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $183,200-$251,900, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
