Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
13+ years progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume hiring in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Fulfillment / Logistics sectors.
6+ years experience leading remote and onsite recruiting teams, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders
Proven experience leading high-volume recruiting teams across both internal and agency settings, with a demonstrated ability to foster urgency and adaptability in alignment with the fast-paced, highly collaborative environment at Hims & Hers.
Demonstrated ability to manage a broad spectrum of positions across various functions, from technical and licensed pharmacy roles to high-volume operational roles in fulfillment centers
Proven track record of scaling recruitment efforts in environments that require filling a large number of positions in a short time frame
Ability to identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and implement strategies to improve speed and quality, especially during high-demand hiring periods
Clear and concise communication style with the ability to influence and enact change
Analytical mindset and systems thinker
Self-starter, builder, and someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
