Work closely with the design team, creating concepts, visualizing, and delivering structural packaging solutions with finely implemented details, including manufacturing limitations, printed boxes, magazines, collaterals… Create, communicate, and implement a vision and strategy for our corrugated and pulp-molded packaging with cross-functional teams, aligning it with organizational goals and industry best practices. Provide visionary leadership to the industrial and packaging team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Connect, inform, propose ideas, and collaborate regularly with the Head of Industrial and Packaging Design on creative direction, strategy, and future initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of structural packaging designers. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
