10+ years experience in software engineering, preferably in a growth-focused engineering environment
Proven experience in building scalable web applications and services, preferably in a cloud environment
Proven experience in leading teams, managing development projects, and driving technical initiatives
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Next, GraphQL) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Redis)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the software development process
Strong sense of ownership and bias for action

Enjoy tech talks, katas, lunch and learns, and geeking over programming languages, architecture, category theory, or whatever engineering topic you are passionate about
