Develop and manage the UK product roadmap in partnership with the General Manager and other key stakeholders Advocate for the UK customer by integrating insights and feedback into product development Balance excellent user experience with ambitious business goals to drive growth Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features and improvements aligned with roadmap priorities Lead feature experimentation to validate ideas and optimize product performance Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and pain points Analyze data to inform product decisions, prioritization, and feature enhancements Work closely with the broader UK team, contributing beyond product responsibilities as needed due to the lean nature of the team Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the company to align efforts, share insights and represent the UK team in the wider organization Leverage quantitative skills to analyze metrics, track KPIs, and measure product success
