Monitor and moderate all incoming comments and messages on our social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses Identify and act on opportunities to enhance customer relationships and improve overall engagement through proactive outreach and thoughtful responses Engage with our audience by fostering meaningful conversations and encouraging customer interaction on various social media channels Flag potential issues or concerns to the Communications and Content leads to ensure timely resolution and alignment with brand messaging Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Support teams to address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to inform content strategies and identify trends that can enhance customer experience Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in social media moderation and community engagement Develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote a positive brand image and strengthen customer loyalty Prepare reports on social media interactions and provide insights on customer sentiment and engagement levels Advocate for our community by relaying customer feedback to relevant teams to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies Create and maintain a content calendar for social media responses to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging
