Manage the entirety of the paid social performance budget for our largest and foundational product category: Sexual Health. You will be fiscally responsible for an annual budget well into the 10-figures, and held to strict CPA and ROAS targets Partner with the product managers, product marketers and editorial teams to identify and address business opportunities Seamless triangulate between MMM, MTA and Conversion Lift Study readouts to guide your investment strategy Coach junior talent on your team Analyze impact, rapidly testing hypotheses and conducting data analysis with a goal of constantly improving the metrics Collaborate with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Product Marketing, to develop and execute a testing strategy and roadmap across measurement, creative, and in-platform optimizations Manage the creative production roadmap with external performance creative agencies as well as in-house creative teams Work closely with our Meta account team, navigating Alphas, Betas and measurement opportunities Specialize in applying complex/ambiguous data to surface actionable insights and strategies across the customer journey Launch new and experimental marketing channels in search of sustainable growth Lead cross-functional teams on projects to help us grow Continuously build business relationships across functional teams
