Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations related to cash, revenue, accounts receivable, and various other general ledger accounts On-board new retail customers, post retail invoices and reconcile retail payments Maintain and monitor invoice automation workflow with external & internal retail teams Participate in annual audits and special projects Occasionally work with external consultants to provide required information and ensure proper record keeping for historical purposes Directly support the Accounting GL team with the preparation of analysis related to month-end and year-end journal entries and analysis of operating results Participate in Accounting team initiatives to implement systems, increase automation and enhance efficiencies Maintain processes, procedures and internal controls Other duties as required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 2-3 years of experience working in general accounting Solid knowledge of accounting principles under US GAAP, including accrual accounting concepts Must have NetSuite Experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills Analytical, data-driven mindset and can apply strategic thinking to problem solving and drive company goals and outcomes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and building out systems, tools, and processes from the ground up MANSCAPED® Benefits  Take time to find balance and rejuvenate your senses.
