Preparing and recording journal entries for various expense and balance sheet accounts such as monthly accruals, reclass entries and depreciation. Maintaining and reconciling several balance sheet accounts such as liability and/or fixed asset accounts. Reviewing and approving items such as invoices, purchase orders or expense reports for proper coding, support and compliance Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for assigned areas Analyzing and reporting on financial trends month over month for assigned financial statement line items, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assisting with special projects as needed, including supporting in annual audit requests Streamline workbooks and processes as applicable
