Requirements
6+ years of experience in art direction, preferably experience within an agency, CPG brand or both
A strong, well-curated portfolio that demonstrates a range of work—from big ideas to finely crafted execution across a range of mediums
Proven ability to develop the creative process from concept to final deliverables across all touchpoints: digital, social, and campaign work
Exceptional taste and a clear point of view when it comes to visual storytelling, typography, composition, and color
Experience developing and executing 360° brand campaigns across social, OOH, retail, web, and experiential
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other design tools
An iterative mindset—comfortable refining ideas, testing creative approaches, and evolving designs based on feedback and performance
Ability to work fluidly between hands-on design work and high-level creative direction
Strong communication and presentation skills—you can sell a vision, give clear feedback, and inspire a team
Ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Deep understanding of cultural trends, aesthetics, and how brands show up in the world today
Willingness to travel occasionally for photoshoots, events, and creative productions (estimated 25% travel)
