Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy or related field preferred.
5+ years experience in Innovation, Marketing, or Strategy within a consumer brand.
Strong ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
Expertise in innovation pipeline development, including price pack architecture, incremental innovation, and disruptive innovation.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with stage-gate or agile innovation processes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure program success.
Familiarity with the OLIPOP brand.
Experience working in a startup/growth environment is a plus but not required.

COMPENSATION:
