About Olipop
Work alongside sales representatives and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational management for key customers (Small Format, FSOP and E-Commerce) which includes and is not limited to new item setup, onboarding, demo coordination, general paperwork, and supporting with third party platforms, etc.
Support the sales team with general administrative tasks that support the daily and long term business needs
Responsible for managing and updating third party platforms such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Ix-One, Foodlogiq, and ReposiTrak
Manage the overall sales tech stack, including HubSpot, Slack, and other sales tools
Drive tactical planning throughout all departments of the organization closest to the customer
Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools: ex: contract management, content enablement software, etc.
Provide consistent feedback for constant process improvement in the sales organization to scale with business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes
Liaison between other departments, external partners, providing the best customer service
Requirements
6+ years of proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
Strong organization skills and attention to detail, however not to the point of being inflexible
Have owned the end-to-end process of tracing the sales process and conversation rates throughout the sales funnel
Program and project management capabilities
Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment
The ability to produce accurate work quickly & efficiently, and with excellent follow-up communication
Agile in determining and managing priorities, and adaptable in a fluid and fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication

COMPENSATION:
$85,000 base salary + bonus
