Oversee the end-to-end process of trade spend deductions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Investigate, validate, and dispute unauthorized or invalid deductions with customers. Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and retailers to ensure deductions align with agreed-upon trade promotions. Monitor deduction trends and identify root causes to reduce future invalid claims. Reconcile trade spend deductions with promotional agreements, ensuring financial accuracy. Provide regular reports on deduction trends, root causes, and recovery rates to finance and leadership teams. Assist in month-end close processes by ensuring deductions are recorded correctly. Partner with cross-functional teams (supply chain, RGM, commercial) to ensure deduction accuracy and performance guidance

5-7+ years of experience in trade spend, deductions management, accounts receivable, or finance in a CPG, retail, or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of trade promotions, deductions and charge backs in CPGs Experience with customer portals and deduction management tools (Confido, HighRadius..)
