Requirements
10+ years of experience scaling People teams in a fast-growing organization
5+ years of experience leading teams (reward, compensation, benefits function)
Experience with Gusto or similar HRIS system, end-to-end implementation experience preferred
Strong project management skills (especially in timely delivery, change management, and training)
Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in developing creative solutions to complex problems
Strong leader with a track record of developing and maintaining high performing teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong leadership skills and experience managing third-party partners
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively cross-functionally with such finance, sales, and commercial teams
Proven leadership in setting strategic direction and driving operational excellence through hands-on execution
Ability to be agile and solution-minded while taking initiative in a highly dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of US compensation and benefits laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements (e.g., FLSA, SEC, IRS, ERISA)
Reports to: Chief People Officer
Compensation: $210-240k base salary + bonus
