IT installations, fixture deliveries, store setup, stockroom readiness, visual execution, signage, and training coordination-Lead cross-functional project plans, continuously optimizing tools and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability across all openings-Partner with Store Design & Construction on site readiness, punch lists, and fixture planning-Coordinate directly with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to ensure stores open in full alignment with Princess Polly’s aesthetic and storytelling standards-Track NSO budgets, identify potential cost savings, and proactively surface risks to leadership-Act as the on-the-ground project lead during turnover, providing hands-on support and removing blockers-proficient in utilizing digital organizational tools and platforms, including Google Doc Editors (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).-Flexible to travel up to 75% of the timeWe’re redefining what IRL retail looks like - from high-impact launches to highly intentional store experiences.
