As the Regional Manager of Loss Prevention you will be the driving force behind the implementation of loss prevention strategy and operational excellence across our growing U.S. store fleet. You’ll report directly to our Sr. Manager of Retail Operations and partner cross-functionally with Retail Leadership, Store Operations, Retail TX, Legal, IT and Finance to protect assets, drive shrink reduction and embed security-minded behaviors into our store culture.This is a hands-on, field based leadership role designed to grow with our business.
