Ensure all new team members are set up for success from day one by managing onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.-Work closely with the Director of Team Experience to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.-Culture &Act as the face of the TX team by responding to employee inquiries with professionalism and care.-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification preferred.-Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR; -Experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.-Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably with ADP.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software tools.-Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.-Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.-Commitment to fostering inclusivity and creating a dynamic workplace culture.-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
