    Develop and implement People & Culture strategies that support business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture. Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee performance management, succession planning, and career development programs to cultivate a pipeline of skilled talent. Ensure a collaborative work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and implementing programs that boost morale and productivity. Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks and maintain a safe workplace. Champion DEI initiatives to build an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Collaborate and promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational values and legal requirements. Light facilities management responsibilities.  Utilize HR Information Systems and data analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes.
    Requirements
    Minimum of 8 years in HR, with at least 4 years in a managerial role; prior experience in the manufacturing industry is essential. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop teams, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. In-depth understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements pertinent to the manufacturing sector Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.  This role will be a hybrid position based out of our Liberty View Industrial Plaza (Brooklyn) office and the expectation is that this person will be in the office 3 days per week.  Prose Values Intentional Inclusivity
