Process customer orders using the Order Management System (OMS) by using the requested base and complex materials. Dispense correct quantities of materials as per customer’s recipe. Combine materials using a mechanical high speed mixer [if applicable] / or by hand and transfer finished products to the next manufacturing step. Maintain consistent workflow in a fast paced environment to meet and/or exceed daily production goals. Fill out daily paper work needed by Quality and for retaining batch records.  Keep adequate inventory levels of WIP bases, complex raw materials in your lab area during the shift and replenish missing items before leaving for the day.   Perform other tasks as assigned from supervisor and/or manager. Ensure a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to GMP Standards as prescribed by the Quality Department. Keep Track of Inventory and record necessary transactions in Prose’s Warehouse Management System [WMS]

Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Extreme attention to detail. Maintain consistent workflow in a fast paced environment.  Ability to maintain a clean work space. Possess the basic knowledge of the Order Management System (OMS) to process customer orders. Strong communication skills. Be able to lift over 50 pounds. This position is on-site at our LA manufacturing facility in Commerce, CA.
