Quality Control Oversight Manage and oversee quality control operations for incoming product testing and finished goods releases at both facilities. Ensure QC processes align with internal specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Review lab data, batch records, and release documentation to support timely and compliant product release. Supplier Quality Management Lead the qualification, auditing, and performance monitoring of all external suppliers and vendors.Implement raw material inspection protocols and drive issue resolution with suppliers to maintain consistent material quality. Partner with Procurement to build strong, accountable supplier relationships and continuously improve incoming material quality. Micro Lab Management Oversee the operation of the rapid microbiological testing lab, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflows. Investigate microbiological issues and implement preventive practices to minimize contamination risk. Maintain best-in-class documentation and reporting in line with GMP and ISO standards.
