Be an expert on Nielsen and/or IRI analytics and the skill of storytelling through data to support cross-functional data needs that will drive business growth
Build category growth stories for retailers utilizing data on hand; Deliver timely, robust analysis that helps drive quip sales via providing category solutions to our customers
Be comfortable and thrive wearing different “hats” throughout the day: jumping from analytics to strategy to assistance with ease and excellence
Optimize and drive data reporting for the Wholesale team in conjunction with Analytics team; help measure and analyze performance and provide recommendations for future business growth
Inform 4P fundamentals (pricing, promotion, placement and product) via diligent measurement of internal and external data sources
Learn how different accounts work and assist Account Managers across channels with varied account management tasks such as new item set up, sample requests, meeting preparation, etc.
Attend key external meetings, providing data analytics support before, during, and after the meetings
Take ownership for key cross-functional projects across the organization, interacting regularly with department heads and teams
Opportunity for exposure and growth across functions in the organization, including (but not limited to!) Operations, Performance Marketing, Sales, Direct-To-Consumer and Traditional Product /Brand Marketing
Opportunity for management exposure for new business and accounts
Requirements
3+ years of work experience
Strong preference to previous Nielsen / IRI experience
Very strong excel / analytical skills a must
Experience with Looker a plus
