Manage the processing (mechanical & labor) and storage capacity model and gather insights to support in monthly business review data to share the roadmap and propose necessary changes. You will work closely with senior analysts from Business Intelligence and Operation Managers to gather, analyze, and report financial and operational data, contributing to decision-making processes and business insights Project management of Capex and CI projects from beginning to end, including RCA, building project plans, vendor management, managing timelines, change management, and updating stakeholders.  Leverage continuous improvement and lean tools to create a best in class standardization across sites.  Lead and support process improvements in partnership with operations and tech from data analysis to implementation. Examples include; pick path optimization & inventory flow changes.  Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and the rationale driving overarching leadership decisions.

We are open to NJ or TX based person. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Physics. 2+ years of experience in the job offered related occupations in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Dry Cleaning industries. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  Experience in leading technical and CI projects or supporting large complex projects. Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL, GBQ, Tableau, or Looker to analyze financial and operational data and generate insights. Assist in the development of standardized reporting templates and processes. Create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to present key findings in a clear and concise manner. Prepare regular financial and operational reports and dashboards for management review. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.      Preferred qualifications Experience with SQL, GBQ, Python, Splunk, or other data mining tools. PMP, lean, or six sigma certifications. Experience designing and launching new solutions for infrastructure and process.
