Rapidly develop and improve a cohesive online visual merchandising strategy that is tailored and optimized across product lines (subscription, reserve, resale) and customer tenure (prospects, members), to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion. Own the site refresh calendar and process. Improve or introduce tools and processes, to ensure this works seamlessly throughout the year. Own the performance of merchandising choices by establishing metrics of success, in collaboration with Site Health. Swiftly adapt merchandising choices on home page placements, grids, and carousels based on performance. Build and run tests on navigation, filters, home page placements, grids, and carousels to improve conversion and retention. Develop, mentor, and grow a team of site merchandisers. Build and forge strong connections with Marketing, Fashion, and Product functions within RTR to be a driver and executor of strategies within Revenue and the broader cross-functional consumer organization.

Deep industry experience with site merchandising, site performance, curations, and content management systems Experience leading strategy and execution in an e-commerce, consumer tech, or retailer with an online merchandise business, fashion is a plus. Proven ability to navigate and improve complex systems and processes in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
