Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O from initiation to ‘business as usual’ in an enterprise environment. Ability to administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and perform configurations or define processes as required.
Experience working with large software enterprise systems and projects, managing vendors and partnering with software engineers to develop software for financial systems and integration with other systems. Agile/Waterfall methodology.
Strong business knowledge of financial processes.
Knowledge of ERP systems architecture and software to interface with ERP such as EDI, SFTP, and other data exchange platforms.
Exceptional communication, business partnering, vendor management, and service delivery skills.
Microsoft Dynamics Certifications a strong Plus.
Team-oriented, self-managed and determined - shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on multiple projects from concept through to completion.
Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and research skills with the ability to take responsibility and ownership.
Strong requirements gathering and definition skills, with the ability to derive, categorize, validate, and translate into technical deliverables.
Proficiency in facilitating and leading both physical and remote teams across the business. Ability to train and guide team members.
Excellent customer-facing skills, builds strong relationships cross-functionally.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Excellent project management skills.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
