Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
1 year of experience in product development within the beauty industry. Color experience is a plus.
Passionate about the beauty industry and market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, with reliable transportation for sample deliveries and drop-offs.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite position. 5 days a week in office.)
