Drive topline revenue growth for the DTC business through planning, development, and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies via paid media channels
Own key department objectives and develop initiatives for new customer growth, LTV:CAC, and channel expansions while focusing on marketing efficiency
Oversee, plan, and execute campaigns for digital channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Display) as well as traditional channels (Video, Audio, OOH, Direct Mail)
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns; test, measure, and learn continuously
Work closely with Growth Analyst to determine channel budget allocations; partner with FP&A and Marketing Insights to drive financial forecasting
Collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing, Creative, CRM, Ecommerce, and Insights on all new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Mentor and develop an agile, collaborative, and high performing growth marketing team
Manage vendor and partner relationships to identify areas of opportunity and growth
Identify opportunities with new channels, platforms, and tools by staying on the forefront of industry trends
