This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in retail and offline marketing, who can seamlessly integrate go-to-market materials and storytelling. This role is essential in driving synergy across different marketing disciplines, ensuring cohesive strategies, and enhancing overall marketing efficiency throughout the funnel. The Director of Integrated Marketing will sit on the MarComms team and will serve as the central hub aligning Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Digital Product efforts. You deeply understand the world of (and care deeply about) consumer health, especially supplementation and nutrition—major bonus points for gut health, probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, and microbiome. You have scaled hero products to over $50MM P+Ls with high-growth. You also have extensive multi-channel experience, working across DTC, Retail, Wholesale, regulatory, compliance and healthcare providers. In the areas you aren’t a domain expert, you have a clear methodology to get up to speed both commercially and scientifically.     Requirements
    What you’ll do:  Lead and manage the Integrated Marketing function, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals. Lead the IM function and act as the liaison between different marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals, and managing keeping everyone on the same page with XFN tools such as a shared annual calendar.  Enhance collaboration between marketing disciplines to optimize resource allocation and reduce redundancy. Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and promotion across all channels. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and accomplish key KPIs. Improve agility in responding to market changes and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and informed stakeholders. Formulate overarching marketing strategies that incorporate insights and inputs from Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams. Ensure full funnel coordination and alignment, avoiding overlap or conflict between different marketing efforts. Work closely with the planning committee and task forces to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively. CompensationThe estimated annual pay range for this full-time position is $170-200K with equity and benefits across all US locations. This position is US-based and 100% remote. Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required.
