    Onboard, mentor, and support Regional and Studio Managers on People-related matters, including HR policies, performance management, feedback, employee development, and career growth. Drive HR-related change initiatives by partnering with executives and leaders to enhance the employee experience and ensure role clarity at both individual and Studio levels. Develop and maintain an employee metrics dashboard to assess organizational health, generate insights, and equip leadership with data-driven recommendations. Oversee the talent health of Studs Retail, identifying risks and succession opportunities for key roles and leadership positions.
    Requirements
    Develop and continuously improve processes for managing HR-related inquiries and requests, ensuring flexibility to support the company’s growth and evolving needs. Lead employee relations efforts and accommodation requests, exercising sound judgment and partnering with the Legal Team as needed, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Oversee the entire leave management process, from collecting employee information and evaluating requests to tracking time off, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping key stakeholders (including People Operations, Finance, Payroll, and department leads) informed. Performance Management Execute and oversee the full performance management cycle for Retail employees, working closely with the VP of People to implement effective compensation programs. Partner with business leaders to design and deliver training programs that address talent development needs and drive employee growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Proactively recommend programs and initiatives to the People Team and Retail business partners that strengthen Studs’ commitment to a healthy, collaborative, inclusive, and equitable workplace. Advise business leaders on Retail-related organizational design, hiring strategies, and compensation decisions to support growth and operational success. Ensure the successful training and implementation of People policies and processes for new team members during New Store Openings (NSOs). Collaborate with the VP of People and people team members to develop innovative approaches to learning & development and employee rewards. Contribute to various People Team projects as needed to drive business and employee success. Requirements:
