Executes Apprentice cohort training effectively and on schedule to ensure timely graduation of new piercers to studios
Creates training materials for Studs’ Apprentices to enhance behaviors and best practices in Studio
Ensures highest standard of service making clients feel confident in Studs’ Apprentices skill
Customer Focus
Identifies and escalates client feedback to improve the overall piercing experience to the VP of Retail and other cross functional partners
OPERATIONS
Optimizes Work Processes
Identifies opportunities to continue to improve the Apprenticeship Program including training and content
Pierces in Studio to evaluate and optimize Studs’ piercing operating procedures and practices
Supports piercing coverage gaps, as needed
