Currently available in more than 60 countries, including company-owned retail stores and at Reset®, a whole-body wellness center.Whom We’reCultivate a unique, fun, and seamless Customer ExperienceAssist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and adhering to all Therabody policies and proceduresAbility to help hire, train, nurture, and lead a world-class retail wellness teamEducate team and customers on all Therabody products Act as a brand ambassador for Therabody, play an active role in the community, and seek outreach/networking opportunitiesSeek opportunities to educate, inspire, empower, and mobilize your team for their professional growth and to serve the consumer to the highest standardHave a passion for driving excellence in all business areas through your team (financially, customer experience, service delivery, safety, cleanliness, etc.) Identify and implement opportunities to engage with your store’s local communityCommunicate with the Store Manager to ensure inventory meets the needs of the businessMaintain operation of all POS functions to ensure accurate store reporting and accountingMaintain all display fixtures, lighting, and marketing materialThe Right Person Would Have3+ years in a management or supervisor type role, preferably at a start-up within a luxury brandA degree or equivalent work experienceA talent for managing and developing a cohesive teamThe ability to lead a team to achieve financial, operational, and customer service goalsFamiliarity within the high-tech wellness innovation spaceExperience leading a multidisciplinary team (retail, trainers, etc.)A current certification from ACSM, NASM, ACE or applicable university degree (i.e., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, etc.) is preferred but not required.The ability to lift boxes to 50lbsThe ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed$24 - $28 an hourTherabody is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
