    About Tonal
    Drive Tonal’s Social and Community strategy to achieve team goals and business objectives, using data and learnings to iterate and refine our direction.Lead the Social and Community briefing process and build go-to market social strategies for campaigns and product releases.Oversee testing and learning across our social and community channels, bringing new, creative ideas to the table and helping see them through end-to-end.Support the team in concepting and executing strategic brand messaging content across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Community, promoting our tentpole content and other large activations.Report regularly to leadership on successes and learnings, providing actionable insights.Execute content when necessary, especially as a blueprint for new ideas.Work cross-functionally with our in-house Production, Talent, and Marketing teams to develop a pipeline for ongoing quality content that delights our followers, improves engagement, and helps build awareness of Tonal.
    Requirements
    You have 8+ years experience working in corporate social media or brand editorial.You are based in a commutable distance to New York City and are willing to be in office weekly for meetings, shoots, and building relationships with team members.You have hands-on experience creating highly shareable social media content.You have your pulse on the latest social media platform updates and trends, especially when it relates to the fitness space.You have a proven track record of building and implementing social media strategy.You have experience analyzing and reporting on content performance, knowing how to distill information for leadership.You are comfortable using social media management tools such as Sprout Social.You are a motivated self-starter who is willing to mentor and support more junior team members.You have extensive experience in the fitness space. This can either be your previous work experience, or personal interest.Bonus: You have experience using Tonal.
